Global Society of Power Engineers

The Global Society of Power Engineers, Inc. (GSOPE) is an independent third party licensing agency whose objective is to establish national standards and a formal structured level of competence for international recognition of the power engineer.

GSOPE is not a labor organization and is not affiliated with any other organizations. GSOPE recognizes and promotes other organizations such as the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, American Society of Power Engineers, National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, The International Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, and international regulatory agencies such as Environmental Protection Agencies.
